Construction technological project of sports hall construction
Tkáč, Jiří ; Vlčková, Jitka Laura (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.

Studie možnosti ovlivnění procesu transformace primární organické hmoty v kompostu ionty Ca+2 a Mg+2
HÁJEK, František
This study focuses on the entire proces of composting. It begins with listing the attributes of entry materials and spans to outlining the creation of characteristic substances in the compost (humus). Problems and solutions relating to determining the quality and quantity of humus in the compost are elaborated. This thesis was designed to identify efficient compost accelerator additives for gardening composts.
Soil chemical and microbial properties in reclaimed and unreclaimed grasslands
Čížková, Barbora ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Cepáková, Šárka (referee)
For successful restoration of unstable ecosystems in the dumps recreating a fully functioning lan dis needed. Dump substrates often have poor grain composition, extreme pH or are toxic. They also lack important recent organic matter, which improves the overall quality of the soil and is therefore necessary for the development of quality and fertile soil. Therefore, restoration of ecosystems in the dumps is initially very slow. A number of reclamation measures was invented to accelerate this process - for example, heaping up of topsoil to dump substrates. With organic matter present in the topsoil soil formation is faster and often with their physical and chemical properties differ significantly from then developed soils. There has already been number of works written considering development of soils on the Velká podkrušnohorská výsypka so far, none of which, however, did not affect grasslands. The aim of this work was to obtain complete information about the development of chemical and microbial properties of soils that were recultivted by reclaimed topsoil and grassed and then to compare them with developments in the areas of overgrown spontaneous succession. It was found that the total carbon content increases with time only in the reclaimed areas and maximum of the increase is in the depth of...
Compost accelerator to composters and garden composts
HÁJEK, František
The purpose of this paper is to research and suggest good-quality compost accelerators that could be effectively used in the garden composts. The additive eliminates the shortage of the input pulverized grass matter which is being composted. This thesis also describes the features of the compost, the nature of the correct composting procedures, and the legal implications to the production of the composting process. This paper elaborates the efficiency of the compost accelerators that are available within the home market and abroad. An important component of my accelerator is magnesium from the Dolomites limestone distributed by the "HASIT" company which positively affects the process of humification. The experiment of compostation with this type of accelerator took place on the pulverized grass matter. In order to objectively assess the quality of the composts, the Sanhoff´s method of stating the cation exchange capacity was used. During this experiment, the cation exchange capacity increased by 22% in the sample where the accelerator has been used, as compared to the sample where only the composted grass matter was present. Based on the results gathered, it is feasible to conclude that the suggested accelerator does have a significant impact on the composting of the grass matter. Due to this fact, it is strongly recommended to conduct a further research on the composition of the compost accelerators.
Soil organic material, its components and reasons, why it is essential to differentiate them.
KRÁTKÁ, Petra
We are learning about a soil organic material as a unit from diverse media or lay and specialist literature. This informations are not differing the parts and characteristic of the soil complex. There are also terminological discrepancies which lead to incorrect deduction about soil fertility, decrease of topsoil content and poor management. This is a reason, why I do a literary summary in my thesis about a soil organic material and an individial soil components. It is a essential to distinguish the soil components for their different quality and the different origin after transformation precess. My task was a term clarification in soil organic material segmentation. We can divide it in two major groups: primary soil organic material and stable topsoil. The primary soil organic material is decomposed in exothermic mineralization process and is a origin of a nutriants and an energy for the soil edafhon and plants. The topsoil is a stable organic material and its matters significantly affect fertility, nutrient content, structure, aerial, aquatic and thermic regime of the soil. Morover the topsoil matters has a highmolecular HK ability to the heavy metals absorbtion.
An experimental study of initial succession on different substrata: analysis of changes in plant species cover and some soil biological parameters and their relationships
KRESÁČ, Martin
A four year experimental study of initial stages of succession on different substrata (sand, peat and gray clay overburden from brown coal mining) was carried out. The substrata were transplanted into two different landscape types in the Czech Republic. Control plots were filled with autochthonous topsoil treated with high temperature vapor. Plots with un-treated autochthonous topsoil were also established. Plant species cover and several soil-biological parameters (soil microbial biomass, basal soil respiration, exchangeable pH(KCl), organic-C extractable by potassium sulfate solution, and nitrate-N content) were measured once a year. Obtained data were mainly processed by unimodal (plant cover data) and liner (soil-biological data) ordination methods. Biological species traits (life span, seed dispersal vector, seed bank type, ecological strategy type following Grime, life form following Raunkiaer) were used to characterize early stages of plant succession. Vegetation and measured soil-biological parameters, except pH(KCl), were significantly changing during four growing seasons. Variance partitioning analysis based on plant species cover data indicated the landscape type to be the main governing factor and physico-chemical characteristics of substrate to be less important during the studied initial stages of succession. The same analysis based on soil-biological parameters showed the reverse result. Great variability of plant species ecological traits was noticed during four growing seasons. The earliest plant colonizers were mainly ruderal, anemochorous terophytes with persistent seed bank. The number of species with C-strategy type increased during the study. The relationship between the average plant species cover and measured soil-biological parameters was also examined during the experimental study of early succession. Direct and indirect ordination revealed the average sum of plant species cover to be weakly positively correlated with soil microbial biomass, basal soil respiration, nitrate-N, potassium sulfate extractable organic-C, metabolic quocient (qCO2) and negatively correlated to exchangeable pH(KCl). The relationship was significant only in the case of microbial biomass and potassium sulfate extractable organic-C. More detailed studies of the relationship between aboveground plant species biomass and soil microbial communities in initial stages of succession are required. Comparability of presented study is limited because not many experimental investigations of similar kind have been presented until now.
